Underlayments are more vulnerable to leaks than systems that coat and protect the surface. High End Development, Inc. installs its own flashings, door pans, waterproofing and concrete.  We have over 60,000 decks in service with an ongoing warranty program.

 

We are the approved and preferred waterproofing and sealant applicators of over a dozen product lines. This includes the industry's top single component systems such as Tremco 250 GC and their hot rubber products; Grace Deck-Prep; Pli-Dek UFinish. Our 2 component systems include Gaco Western and CIM. These coating systems provide a tough, long lasting waterproof membrane for decks, porches, walkways, and exposed corridors that will be finished with lightweight concrete.
